The new cuvée from A 1710 is named after Cheval Bondieu, a mythological animal from the West Indies. It is the first rum matured in oak barrels to result from the A-1710 distillery's own distillations. Distilled in multi-column stills, this rum is a blend of rums aged between 18 and 36 months in French and American oak barrels.
