Fine & Rare is a project in constant evolution. It's more a concept than a cigar. Fine & Rare has been seen in many different formats since the project began. Alan Rubin plays with different tobaccos and harvest years to create this 10-leaf masterpiece. He always lets the blend dictate the size and shape of Fine & Rare in any given year.
