We are a Swiss "bean to bar" cocoa and chocolate manufacturer based in Geneva, mastering every stage of chocolate production from bean to bar.

The raw materials used to make our chocolates are fully in line with principes sustainable development, for both man and nature. Carefully selected by our sourcers, our cocoa comes from the world's finest terroirs.

Our production methods, faithful to ancient practices, are all artisanal and gentle, in order to preserve the nobility and originality of our cocoas.

Bean selection
Our sourcers travel the world to identify and bring us the best beans, sourced from the best terroirs and bought directly from the growers. Grown responsibly for people and nature, our beans come from family plantations or small cooperatives that guarantee a fair income and balanced working conditions.
