Ron Cihuatàn Rum
The closely guarded secrets and legends of the Cihuatán valley are the inspiration behind Ron Cihuatán rum. We're proud to share the secrets of this sacred land with the world. It's our commitment to keeping our roots alive. In Nahuat, "Cihuatán" means "the land beside the sleeping woman". Legend has it that a goddess came to Cihuatán many centuries ago and gave the land wealth and fertility. Under her grace, Cihuatán blossomed into fertile sugarcane fields and the purest water. Today, these are the key ingredients in the artisanal production of our rum. All our rums are handmade in El Salvador, and we monitor every step of the process, from the sugar cane seed to the bottle.
