Fèves Nacional et Criollo de La Manga del Cura dans la province de Manabi, torréfiées 49 min. à 104°C, 96 heures de conchage, récolte 2019. Un chocolat très onctueux qui lorsqu’il fond libère des notes boisées et douces, qui laissent filtrer une légère pointe de fruits rouges. Il reste en bouche une impression intense, presque tannique, avec une note épicée. Un grand chocolat noir.
