Caraxès is the blend of character created by Manguin: a marriage of Brandy Williams pears, finely distilled in Provence, and amber rums from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Barbados.
The freshness of the pear is rounded out by the vanilla and spice notes of the rum: a subtle, gourmet spirit.
The name Caraxès is inspired by the Mediterranean butterfly "Charaxes Jasius", which feeds on ripe fruit.
