En quête permanente des meilleurs fruits, Capovilla a distillé au cours des 20 dernières années différentes variétés de prunes et de mirabelles, toujours en quantité très réduite. Bien conscient de leur prédisposition au vieillissement, Gianni a eu l’idée d’affiner leurs distillats en fûts pendant 6 à 8 ans. Le résultat ? Le Prunus Aurum 51% Capovilla, un monstre d’équilibre et de saveurs.
Profil : une ode à la prune ! Pêle-mêle de pêches, de prunes, de kiwis, de bananes bien mûres, d’abricots et de cerises. Notes boisées, florales et épicées. Arôme de zan.
