Vinification traditionnelle afin d’obtenir un vin aromatique, légèrement acide et un degré peu élevé. Distillation continue typique Armagnacaise : alambics à colonne équipés de plateaux « à pattes d’araignées » idéals pour l’élaboration de vieux et bas Armagnacs. Elevage en fût de chêne français neuf (chauffe forte) puis une finition en pièce « semi-épuisée » voir « épuisée ». La bouteille Bas Armagnac Delord Récolte 1979 est livrée dans un étui.
