Marvin R. Shanken, president and founder of M. Shanken Communications Inc. received the Lifetime Achievement Award last night in downtown Manhattan. Shanken is publisher and editor-in-chief of Cigar Aficionado, Wine Spectator, Whiskey Advocate and Market Watch magazines, as well as numerous print and digital newsletters.
