Avo announces its anniversary edition!

Every year in March for the past 20 years, La marque Avo celebrates the birthday of its founder Avo Uvezian by dedicating a limited edition to him.

This year, it's the AVO Improvisation 2021, to be released in the USA on March 22. The edition consists of 20 double coronas 7 1 2/x 50, each featuring a wrapper and a binder, both of Ecuadorian origin, plus a tripe of four Dominican tobaccos.

The price is set at $16 per cigar. Production is limited to 4,550 boxes of 20, of which 2,500 are dedicated to the American market.

"The AVO Improvisation 2021 packaging is designed to honor the role copper has played in art and music for centuries." Statement by Lana Fraser, Director of Marketing and Retail at Davidoff (USA), in a press release. "The shape of the cigar is inspired by the timeless and festive history of the AVO line and the iconic AVO Improvisation series. As we honor both the 20th anniversary of these limited editions and, moreover, what would have been the 95th birthday of the designer himself. This double Corona reflects the length and impact of the brand's construction over time".

This product will not be available on the European market before May.
