La Couronne SA, through one of its subsidiaries, imported for more than 10 years and for the first time in Switzerland, the entire range of Arturo Fuente cigars as well as the legendary Opus X. I remember with great emotion the first delivery of these exceptional cigars, the Hemingway, Château and Opus X cigar lines. This time defines the beginning of a magnificent collaboration, full of respect, friendship, love for the cigars, for the brand, for the people who make “FUENTE” absolutely unique in our premium cigar universe.

Arturo Fuente cigars are regularly ranked among the best cigars in the world. A reputation for quality that is second to none. The Arturo Fuente brand was created in 1912 in Florida by a 24 year old Cuban immigrant. In 1924, Arturo Fuente already had 500 employees, concentrated on rolling tobacco exclusively from Cuba. A fire destroyed the entire factory. This tragedy brought the business to a halt for 22 years.

Carlos Fuente mortgaged his house and reinvested in a factory in the Dominican Republic. Many smokers were won over by the quality of production. Today, Arturo Fuente produces more than 30 million cigars per year, including the Opus X cigar range, considered by many critics to be one of the most successful cigar ranges.
